Quick Birthday Card with Die Cut Card Toppers

I don't always have a lot of time to spend making cards so find that die cut card toppers and sentiments are great when you need to produce something quickly.
Here I have used two die cut sheets from Little Claire, Garden Shelves for the main image and Circle Sentiments for the greeting.

 

I used Promarker pens to colour the circle sentiment to match the card toppers, which has been inked around the edges with a pink ink pad and mounted on turquoise card. You can't really tell from the photo but I used foam pads to stick the circle sentiment on to add some dimension to the card. It is finished off with a pink pearl in each corner.

 

 

Materials Used:

• 12cm square white card blank
• card - pink and turquoise
• Garden Shelves die cut topper sheet
• Circle Sentiments die cut topper sheet
• Promarker pens - Cocoa, Poppy Red and Pale Pink
• 5mm pink self adhesive pearls
• 3mm mini mounting pads
