Poppy Birthday Card

After a long break over the summer I decided to go for something simple but striking to get me back into the groove. I love the poppies on the Garden Shelves card topper sheet from Little Claire so decided to use it for my card.
As you can see from the photo the card is very simple, I used a kraft card blank as this matched the background colour of the picture and layered that onto red card to match the poppies. A simple birthday greeting made from die cut red card, a black peel off and two charcoal pearls finished it off and continued the simple natural feel of the card.
