Hi Everyone
Here's another Fathers Day card, one for the handymen this time! Of course you can easily change the greeting to turn it into a birthday card.
I started with a cream A6 blank card. For the background I cut a piece of brown card slightly smaller than the card blank and stamped it with a wood panel background stamp.
I made the shelf from a strip of the same brown card and used a standard hole punch to punch out two circles of silver card for the screws, drawing a pencil line across each one for the groove.
The tools and toolbox are from a set of self adhesive embellishments which I stuck to the shelf and card as shown.
I cut a strip of beige card approximately 1.5cm wide, inked the edges with a light brown ink and added a black Fathers Day peel off greeting.
Thanks for visiting, please leave a comment to let me know what you think.

Handy card for the males. Great little embellishments and backing card looks good. Thanks Deb's x
ReplyDeleteThanks Carol, I aways pleased when I come up with something for the men, they are definitely the most difficult to make for!
