Start with a 12.5cm square white blank card, trim a piece of the turquoise paper from the Sweet Nothings paper pad to 12cm sq and adhere it to the card front.
Cut a piece of white card 11.5cm sq, stick a strip of stencil tape across the card just below half way from the top. Use the Cardio Majestix stamps to stamp the design, ink colours are listed below, carefully lift off the masking tape and when all the ink is dry, use double sided tape to adhere this on top of the turquoise paper.
Die cut a strip of turquoise paper 1.2 x 11cm using a dotted line die and adhere this over the join between the stamped and plain areas. Die cut a bow and a small butterfly from the same turquoise paper, assemble the bow and attach to the turquoise strip using a foam pad.
Stamp the Mothers Day greeting on the plain white area of the card. Add a small blue crystal to the body of the butterfly and gently bend the wings upwards, use a foam pad to attach this just to the side of the greeting.
I love these colours and am delighted with the bow die cutter as I can now make bows that match my projects perfectly. I hope you like it too.
