Start with a white A6 blank card, cut a piece of Champagne Pearlescent card about half a centimetre smaller than the card blank and emboss with the Garlands embossing folder. Use double sided tape to attach this to the blank card.
Cut a piece of turquoise card 10.75 x 7cm, and piece of pearlescent card stock to 10 x 6cm, die cut a V shape from the bottom of each with the plain edge die, stick on on top of the other and adhere both of them over the embossed background from the top of the card.
Die cut the Here Comes Santa circle from the same pearlescent card and a plain circle from the turquoise card, use a Quickie glue pen to apply glue to the back of the intricate die cut image and fix this over the plain circle, position this over the two pennant shapes and attach with double sided tape.
Cut a 10.5cm strip of turquoise card stamp and heat emboss Merry Christmas (this stamp had a smaller line of text below it but I cut that off), in white, hand cut the ends of the strip to V shapes and fix across the lower portion of the card using 1mm adhesive foam pads.
I like this colour scheme and love the way the pearlescent card adds a festive feel to it. Hope you like it too, it would be great to hear what you think in the comments below. Thank you for visiting.
